Breakfast at Port d'Hiver...

Breakfast at Port d’Hiver is served at individual tables in our dining room, on the deck or delivered to your room for a more private experience. We begin with locally grown fresh squeezed orange or grapefruit juice and coffee or tea.

Here’s a sample breakfast menu:

Friday -

  • German pancakes (stuffed crepes with sugar glaze) served with sour cream and seedless jam
  • Fresh mango with berries
  • Eggs Florentine: Toasted nine grain bread topped with three slices of thick country bacon, baby spinach sautéed in butter and onion, and a poached egg sprinkled with parmesan cheese and cracked pepper or Broccoli cheddar quiche

Saturday -

  • Fresh baked pumpkin bread with banana slices and ruby red grapefruit
  • Egg, cheddar and sausage soufflé’ or Cinnamon pecan puffed pancakes served with vanilla yogurt sauce, brown sugar peaches
  • Maple glazed sausage

Sunday -

  • Cinnamon rolls
  • Parfait with vanilla yogurt and berries topped with fresh granola
  • Country ham, eggs and finely chopped peppers baked in flaky pastry and topped with hollandaise sauce or poached egg with English muffin and Atlantic salmon
